FLEXIBLE RATE PLAN
• The 30% of the total reservation cost will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation.
• This deposit (-3% credit card expenses) is fully refundable according to our Cancellation Policy.
• Cancellation of your reservation 21 days or less prior to the arrival date, results in 50% cancellation fee of the total reservation cost.
• Cancellation of your reservation 3 days or less prior to the arrival date, non-show or early departure results in a 100% cancellation fee (The total reservation cost).

The total reservation cost will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation and it is non refundable in case of cancellation, modification or non show.
